How much does an alloy wheel refurbishment cost?

Prices depend on the wheel size, finish (painted, diamond cut, powder coat) and the level of damage. Most refurbishments fall between £75 and £150 per wheel. Send us a few photos via WhatsApp or the quote form and we'll come back with a fixed price — no hidden extras.

What's the difference between diamond cut and a respray?

Diamond cut wheels have a polished metal face you can see through the lacquer — typical on Mercedes, Audi and BMW factory wheels. They need a specialist lathe to refinish. A respray is a full-colour painted finish (gloss black, satin, metallic, etc) and works on any alloy. We do both — happy to advise which suits your wheels.

How long does a refurb take?

Most jobs are turned around in 24–48 hours. A full set of four wheels usually means dropping them off (or letting us collect them) in the morning, and going back on the car the next day. Smart repairs can often be done on the day.

Where do you cover?

We're based in Reigate, Surrey, and cover roughly a two-hour radius — that includes Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Greater London, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Essex. Outside that? Get in touch — we still might be able to help.

Do you come to me, or do I bring the car to you?

Both are fine. Mobile is our default — we come to your home, workplace or driveway. For bigger refurbishment jobs (full sets, diamond cut, powder coat) the wheels usually need a workshop visit, but we can collect and return them.

What guarantees do you offer?

Every refurb comes with our standard one-year warranty against lifting lacquer, peeling paint or premature failure. We also operate a no-fix-no-fee policy — if we can't repair it, you don't pay. We're fully insured for public liability.

Can you repair a buckled, cracked or kerbed wheel?

Yes — most cosmetic kerb damage, dents and small cracks are repairable. We hydraulically re-roll buckles, TIG-weld cracks and pressure-test before refit. Heavily damaged or structurally compromised wheels we'll always flag honestly — sometimes replacement is the safer call.

Can you colour-match my OEM finish?

Yes. We can match factory colour codes (gloss black, gunmetal, silver, anthracite, OEM Audi / Mercedes / BMW finishes) or paint to any colour or finish you'd like — gloss, satin, metallic, or full custom.

Do you do brake calipers?

Yes — we strip, prime and respray calipers in heat-resistant paint. Most popular is OEM red, but we'll match any colour and can add manufacturer branding (Brembo, AP Racing, OEM Tesla / Porsche / etc) in vinyl.

Do you sell tyres?

Yes — under the Tyre Magician arm of the business we supply both new and quality-checked part-worn tyres, fitted and balanced at your door. All sizes, all major brands. Old tyres are responsibly disposed.

How do I pay?

Card, bank transfer or cash, on completion of the work. We'll send a written quote and an invoice for every job.
